Amazing, very helpful host. We needed to find some US-EU electric outlet converter and the host a made a bunch of phone calls to help us out on a Sunday (everything is closed on a Sunday) and manage to find us some. Very comfortable place and calm place to stay. One of our best stay in Italy. Thank you again for your help! :)

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and has spectacular views. Great value. The room was small but clean with a lovely balcony. It is on the lake and you are able to see the mountains all around. A true dream . The staff was very friendly and the onsite breakfast was very convenient. It was comparable to any restaurant that you would visit outside of the hotel. The location was wonderful, near the lake path that you can take to the town center. For children there was playground equipment available and a swim area as well. I will recommend to friends and plan to come again in the future.

Everything was just amazing! The hotel lady owner and personnel, especially Stefania were extremely hospitable, genuine and very accommodating. They gave us best pieces of advice for hikes, according to the weather. Each guest received special attention and I am sure they felt special as us. We had half board, and first day were a bit late for dinner after later arrival, but they were flexible to offer chosen dishes from menu and cooked for us. Hotel offers some spa facilities, like sauna, steaming, pools with good pressure of changing hot/cold water for feet ( recommend to try). Balcony view is nice, rooms are simple but very comfy and seems they have been refurbished recently as there is still smell of wooden furniture. Location is good, based on central road, noise from the street did not disturb at all as windows are some kind of noise proof. Cleanliness was spotless too, maybe more new towels would be grater to have but did not change the use function. Thank you for everything, we will be back one day.

    Mountains, landscape, stores, everything is amazing. Few but excellent restaurants, fully recommended Antiqua Pizzeria, hidden place with incredible plates, service and prices. Auronzo is a exquisite place where you can find peace and fresh air for a complete soul's renovation.

    What a beautiful town, full of mountain charm.

    What a beautiful town, full of mountain charm. The scenery and lake are stunning. There a a variety of food options and cute stores, but pay attention to hours of operation.we truly enjoyed the restaurant Moma, in the Hotel Diana and it’s sister restaurant, La Zupo up the mountain at the first gondola stop. The Fun Bob is a must, at the adventure park! They have great open air markets by the lake and have amazing food & items for sale.

    Everything was more than perfect for us. Hotel located in a beautiful Auronzo mountain city, not so crowded as the popular ones nearby, but close to all must visit hiking trails. Next to bus stop - you can reach Tre Cime and other popular spots without car if prefer. Tidy clean and cozy hotel with unique interior: lots of wood, religious pictures, cozy pillows, handcrafted details - the aura and a warm feeling was like at grandmas place :) The caring, very welcoming host made us not wanting to leave. Thank you! Hoping to come back.

    We liked this hotel because of its location near the Cortina d'Ampezzo, wonderful hiking routes, breakfast and friendly hosts. They are english speaking, can explain you a lot about the attractions nearby, give advice about hiking options. Welcome to Auronzo, and stay there, because Cortina is too expensive:)

    The staff is extremely nice. The hotel is on a main road and easy to get there with a car. Breakfast was rich and the shower always had hot water. The view is amazing everywhere but here also. The hotel is positioned right in front of pizza europa so dinner is always available without starting the car

    A MUST GO. The hotel has two beautiful views with a river to look at. The room was lovely and clean. Toilet was great. The people were very lovely and accommadative. Helped us with what we needed.
