We asked at the reception- we were told that the central AC was stopped and we cannot do anything. So outside was 15C but sunny, and inside the room was the same temperature but without the sun warming you up! It's comfortable, the courtyard is peaceful and quiet, the rooms are clean and well decorated, the room has a great shower, and the owner is very kind. It's also in a great location near the city's restaurants, bars, shopping, and train station. It's the only hotel I pick when I return to Aversa.
