Extremely welcoming, dear people at the reception. We rented biggest apartment. Ultra comfortable beds, you can put apartment in total darkness for best sleep. We went for dinner and were very satisfied. Generous breakfast.

Have stayed before but ate at the restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed it - simple local produce - and with their own wine which was great. Definitely lifted the stay. proper machine hand made coffee in the morning was a bonus too.

The pool is amazing, one of the best we had. Great breakfast and great rooms. The property is easily accessible and close to a lot of places worth visiting in Tuscany. We also received some good recommendations for dinner close by.

Beautiful property, exactly like the photos. Rural and remote as the property is on a hill; there’s a beautiful pool which is so refreshing on hot days. Kitchenette with all you need to make some delicious meals, Coop supermarket 10 minute drive away, laundry for $3. Everything is well maintained. The sun sets behind the pool and the property looks like a postcard. Elisabetta and her family are very warm, helpful, kind, and are easy to talk to. Close to points of interest: ~45 mins from Florence, 30 mins to San Giminiano, 20 mins to San Miniato (white truffles), 25 mins to Certaldo (cute hill town).

Incredible hosts and a beautiful stay Walter and his father are a fantastic hosting team—from picking us up at the station and driving us to the apartment, to kindly offering to transport our backpacks to the next stop. The apartment itself is wonderful, with a lovely terrace, stunning views, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Truly above and beyond!
