    A beautiful resort. We were not disappointed.

    A beautiful resort. We were not disappointed. Hills and slopes to climb but they do pick up and drop off in the golf cart if needed. Breakfast was worth paying extra as it is quite rural there. Plenty of selection for foods etc. evening meal was wonderful. Food was very flavourful and presented beautifully. Shopping outlet very close to the resort.

    there is a beautiful lake, many places to park for free or a nice marina that rents beach chairs , with full service bar and restaurant, paddle rent, etc. there is a race track with regular events, golf course near by and a famous shopping outlet, and its only 40 min from Florence.

    in casale di santamettole you will find a small boutique hotel with superb countryside view and atmosphere but more important with care and loving of the owner- ornella when you get all of that and more you simply don't care if the water hose in the shower is not perfect ! and it takes only 45 min to get into Florence thank you ornella

    Excellent location in town, secure parking at the rear. Friendly staff. We ate at the adjoining restaurant. Food was amazing. Small market on a Saturday morning next to the hotel.
