Great area for visiting othe towns on the lake.
Great area for visiting othe towns on the lake. Great for walking with path to both Garda and Lazise with bars along the way if you felt the need to stop. These areas were also connected by the ferry if you only anted to walk one way. Plenty of choice of resturants and bars. More touristy than I imagined, very busy with German / Dutch travellers, however, this isn’t a bad thing as although busy it was very civilised. Weather was great and getting around was so easy with local buses and ferry’s. We stayed in what they class as a basic room, but in truth, it was anything but basic, from towelling robes, a fridge to a powerful shower. The facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the lido, which very few in Bardolino have attached to their property and pool too. In the morning the breakfast was plentiful.
