The view was unexpected!!! I had a big bay window overlooking beautiful mountains and a valley. The bed was very nice. It was dreamy, but I have to notice that I had the junior suite kind of room, I am not sure the rest are as nice as my room.

    We chose this place since we were looking for a room with air conditioning near Cortina d'Ampezzo. Boca di Cadora is a very small town , and it takes 15 minutes to get to Cortina D'amezzo , which is a central town and a better choice for day trips in the dolomit area. There was nothing to do in Boca di Cadora in the summer.

    The stay was fantastic, the hotel has a very nice allure of the past and is nicely renovated and still keeps the old warmth. Staff was very friendly, the rooms and other halls and bar etc great to spend time in, and it is very easy to reach. Breakfast was great and size of rooms as well. A unique experience especially after you read a nit of its story!!

    Excellent hotel with an amazing historical/architectural story, it might not be for everyone but for us it was a tremendous experience. Super breakfast and gourmet dinner, extra friendly staff, and fantastic bar/lounge area! Nice balcony and beautiful mountain view.

    Fresh, nice design of the hotel. The location, hm, like we chose (middle transfer point only for night stay) as a place it self too calm, nowhere to go, couple of places to eat dinner.
