The accommodation is very modern and well maintained. The staff are absolutely lovely and we had a very nice stay there. Dinner was very good in a lovely setting with helpful staff. Breakfast was quite possibly the best we've had in Italy, it was brilliant! I would have no hesitation recommending Albergo del Cuore for a stay in Ravenna.

Every detail speaks of care and quality. Crisp, fresh, white cotton linen is everywhere—on the beds, in the bathrooms, and even in the dining areas. The towels are luxuriously soft, with extra ones thoughtfully offered for the swimming pool. The orangery dining area is absolutely immaculate, with the softest napkins I have ever experienced—an understated yet beautiful touch that makes each meal feel special. The gardens are a work of art—manicured, refined, and enhanced by perfect lighting that makes evenings here magical. Each room feels special, with thoughtful design touches and a unique character. Ground-floor rooms open directly onto the gardens or swimming pool area, adding a sense of privacy and connection to the outdoors. The facilities are accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities, which makes the property truly inclusive. Breakfast is nothing short of excellent—fresh, varied, and served with care. The hotel was right next to the railway station and ten minutes walk to some of the mosaic sites and also restaurants ,bars and a supermarket nearby. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were helpful and efficient . The room was large with plenty of lovely soft towels and a fridge which was an unexpected bonus !!
