Beautiful garden, fantastic atmosphere in the middle of the nature. Singing birds, cute sheep, away of noisy cars, smell of jasmin by the pool side, picnic in the shade of trees and lavender, butterflies everywhere... its a little paradise. We stayed 3 nights, but couldnt have enough.

Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

This place is a little hidden gem not just because it’s a gorgeous property a short drive away from Florence but because it has the most amazing family that own the property. They are the kindest and welcoming family we didn’t want to leave! We are city people so we were not sure if a rural break would be for us but it was the best thing we did. The house, the garden, the pool all genuinely stunning. We did not leave the house for the whole stay we loved it so much. We will be back x

    The property is the first floor of this home - does not include the upstairs part. There is plenty of room and very comfortable and clean. In fact, more bedding could be put at the home. The home owner was fabulous and easy to deal with. Parking is onsite and it is approx 10 minutes drive to Mugello circuit. And the town close by has many facilities and about a ten minute walk. It is well stocked with utensils etc. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows. Lovely towels as well. i would certainly stay here again.

    The Mugello is a pretty hardcore place to be in the first place. Tuscan people are not easy in general, but this is the heart. So, like the heart, sometimes it's not an easy place to tour. Giovanni is a good person and his place is in a good location and whatever you want. Clean, tidy, functional.

    Amazing location, super friendly and helpful owners, comfortable and large rooms with super powerful AC and great facilities (swimming pool, parking and wifi.) Oh let's not forget the delicious breakfast and dinner. I'll definitely be back next year :)
