There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at the glacier (Stelvio), which was ok (lots of long lines for the button lifts because of the hundreds of ski club teams). But the nearby QC Terme Bagni Vecchi was amazing. Would like to have stayed longer for hiking and mountain biking. A very pleasant and charming small town nestled in the mountains. The town reflects its rich history, yet it offers plenty of small shops. What a beautiful town!!! Wow...
What a beautiful town!!! Wow... Loves walking the streets - proper old city feel that reminded me a little of Bergamo (without the hilltop) It's very local - which I love - so not overrun with tourists and apres ski bars. Obviously the spa's are a big attraction and something you must do - Bagni Vecchi is just a superb experience - and the skiing is top notch BUT Bormio itself is not geared bu for beginners!Guest review byMarius RobertsSouth Africa - 6.0

Bormio is a beautiful town, surrounded by picturesque mountains. Unfortunately, in mid-September, all of lifts into the mountains were closed for the season, preventing us from being able to go up and hike. We chose Bormio for our active holiday on road bikes.
We chose Bormio for our active holiday on road bikes. It met or even exceeded our expectations. There are at least five very interesting "passo xxx" roads. We can recommend Gavia, Mortirolo and legendary Stelvio. Hidden gem - Torri di Fraele. I recommend planning a vacation for more than just one week (like us :( ).Guest review byJanCzech Republic

There are plenty of great things to say about this accommodation like the top location in Bormio centre, the parking availability still being in the centre, the amazing breakfast offer, the super value for money, but if I should pick the best I would say the staff and the atmosphere they create which made me feel like I was at home.
