We read some negative comments about the staff before we arrived regarding people that are not from Itlaly, and can say that these are 100% wrong. All of the stuff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Me and my girlfriend were late for booking halfboard 2 times because we only booked with breakfast, and the stuff always looked out for us and made it possible.
