The house was perfect. Lovely neighbours, bus station 5 min away. Clean, spacious. Welcome treats. Bloody marvellous floors. Incredibili pavimenti in marmo. Marmo colorato nella toilette degli ospiti. I was flashed! Washing mashine. Gas stove with five flames. I'd buy the house.

Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, Vanda was very kind and prepare everything what we like. She found according our passport that we have a birthday and she prepared fresh flowers for us. She also prepared fresh cake every morning and helped us to choose the restaurant for dinner. We also bought bio oil, pasta and olives in their bio shop. We hope that we could come back :)

We really enjoyed the stay in Hotel Touring. It is right in the centre and so convenient to restaurants, shops and other interest points. The room is so modern and a lot of space for storage. My husband and I were traveling from NZ to Italy for 4 weeks. We had quite a lot of stuff including hiking gear etc.. I love the breakfast, a lot of varieties, tasty and good quality. Besides, I want to give a huge thank-you to Isabella, who was super friendly and helpful. Isabella gave us a lot of tips where to visit, what's worth and what's not. She helped our laundry as well even the hotel does not usually provide this service. Finally, I want to say thanks to Tiziana. Tiziana is the first Italian I ever met who can speak Chinese so fluently. Tiziana helped keeping our suitcases for 2 weeks while we were doing the Alta Via 2 in the Dolomites for free. When we back to pick up the luggage, both Isabella and Tiziana were in the front desk and welcomed us in the way just like the old friends were back. I have to say it was such a warm feeling while we traveling overseas. 谢谢你，我的朋友Tiziana!如果还有机会再去Verona,一定再去Hotel Touring.

Our experience was amazing from the very start! The staff were true heroes, going above and beyond even before our check-in to ensure we arrived at the correct location. Since we were driving, they guided us to avoid fines from entering the ZTL zone, which was incredibly helpful. Upon arrival, the warm welcome continued throughout our stay until checkout. The room was fantastic—comfortable and beautifully maintained. Plus, the hotel's location is just minutes away from the city centre, making it super convenient. Highly recommended!

The great experience in HOTEL GIULIETTA E ROMEO. The picking reason is aboutely the perfect location from where I can walk to any place relaxly. The bonus is that the staff offered fully support when I had to attend a temporary conference meeting after checking out. I was touched when I saw the NO ENTRY sign. What they served was much more than a five-star-hotel would did.

This Hotel would have to be the best Airport Hotel we’ve every stayed in. The staff were lovely & very helpful they even had a breafast bag for us both the next morning on checkout as we had to leave early for our flight & made us a coffee while we waited for our airport transfer. Our dinner in the restaurant was also really good. We would highly recommend staying here.

    I cannot compare it to other places to stay in Venice so I...

    I cannot compare it to other places to stay in Venice so I will say it was good value. I chose it because of price, availability and location. It is a 30 minute walk to get to the busier areas which meant you can wander and explore quieter areas on your way to the centre - which is a must in Venice. It is a 20 minute walk from the station but as everywhere is pretty much flat in Venice, it is not a problem wheeling luggage around. A breakfast is available but not an evening meal and as there are plenty of bars and cafe's within a few minutes walk we went out to eat. The room was nice but we could hear the other guests in the neighbouring rooms - although that is not uncommon with many places we stayed. The staff were helpful as we had to ask to change room because the shower leaked. They were unable to change our room for the first night but when we returned on day two they had moved all our things to the new room.
