We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and available. The spa team were true professionals; we had an incredible massage. Breakfast was fab, staff was super-friendly and really went the extra mile in every aspect of guest relations. The hotel is new (or has been completely redone. Rooms were very comfortable, bathrooms perfect, clean. Location was bang in the middle of town. Just the perfect stay.

We enjoyed the variety that was offered for breakfast. The location was fantastic as we could walk from the train station and it was close to the funicular which we used to get up to the old town. The room was lovely and had all we needed. The owners were very helpful.
