Very tasty breakfast, large selection of dishes. We have stayed at this hotel many times. The owners changed, the way of service changed. The current changes have been good for the hotel. The care for the customer is visible. Service at the highest level. Large parking lot, close to the store.

They were available and welcomed us at 10pm checkin, for which we were grateful. Even have elevator. Breakfast was in lovely Breakfast room with kind waiter. The area seemed safe and clean.

This was the last stop of our trip with a toddler and what stood out most: the staff was amazing and so sweet. We had an early arrival which was no problem, could choose the room that we liked most and the way they spoke to our child was so nice. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Also good transport options to Florence centre.

We stayed for 2 nights. We came a little bit late, after check in hour, but they left us ditailed instructions to get to the room. Train station is 10 min walk, so you can easily transport to the center of Firenze in 15 min. Lady at the reception was sooooo kind. She gave us all informations and was very helpful.

Staff are really friendly and professional. Rooms are cleaned daily along with all the towels. It's close to train station and markets. Trains are frequently linked to Prato and Florence. If you want to visit the countryside riding your bicycle the position is suitable.
