The hotel has plenty of old world charm, perched in the centre of a lovely little town. We loved it here! The pool is beautiful and clean, and was the perfect place to relax in the hot afternoons. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was the perfect start to our days. We loved dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and listening to music in the Piazza. We didn’t want to leave!

The vacation at the agriturismo was the dream and I realized how unique this place is the more people I told about it who immediately got jealous of my vacation :) The location is so peaceful and you can stroll around a huge area with olive, apple, peach and much more trees which lets you calm down deeply. On top of that, you can have the chance to join some activities with Viviana and dive fully into the farm life. We had an excellent and authentic dinner with her, where she cooked the best ragout we have ever tried. Retrospectively, we should have done that always as it is better than going to restaurants and probably also cheaper! So try it out :) Last but not least, the breakfast is a bomb. Not only for your belly, but also for your heart. Viviana prepared something different everyday and even asked us if we prefered something salty or sweet in the beginning of our stay. Finally, the cappuccino still accompanies me in my sweetest dreams... We are just super greatful of this experience, and I am sure both of us will remember this experience still in 20 years or so, as it was full of love and happiness. If you look for something authentic coupled with a lovely host, then this is your place to go.

    I went to Casciana for thermal cure.

    I went to Casciana for thermal cure. I was very happy to find a B&B like Villa Borri. These are small flats, with comfortable bedroom, living with kitchinette and what you need to cook something easy such a risotto or some pasta. Nice bathroom with shower is completing the unit. I paid this 78 euros per night to Booking which includes commissions. I found this extremely good compared to what I find elsewhere and abroad. This is the reason for my very good report on Villa Borri. If needed I certainly br there again in the future.

    The owners, the pool and the location make this hotel!

    The owners, the pool and the location make this hotel! I was greeted by Giovanna. She is warm, welcoming and attentive to the guests and their needs. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Nestled in the Tuscan Hills in the quaint village of Casciana Terme, the stay is across the from the Town Square; providing a walkable experience to enjoy great, but casual Italian cuisine, as well as a slice of local village living!

    Michela is a very friendly host and was very helpful during our short stay in her apartment. We enjoyed the layout and found the bathroom particularly nice. Casciana Terme is an interesting town which has all the necessary facilities (supermarket, etc) and was hosting a "village festival" during our stay, which really livened things up. We even had fireworks !

    Beautiful old Italian hotel with a great swimming pool. Giovanna provided exceptional service including arranging transport for the Bocelli concert and being there when we arrived back at 1.00am. But this is just one example of how she was available to help and advise pretty much every minute of every day.

    Very old fashioned hotel, but top location, just across the main entrance to Thermal baths. If you can live with small Nick nacks then you can stay for a couple of nights. Good value for money!
