    Hotel easy to find although there was some confusion at the airport as to where the free airport shuttle bus left from but perhaps the driver was just having an off day. The room was well equipped and spacious but we had no hot water in the morning. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly

    It was lovely!

    It was lovely! Super spacious more than what you’d get in a small hotel nearer to the airport, and for the price you get way more than you’d get at an airport! We highly recommend it a short free shuttle bus then a 9 min walk to the place! We loved it would highly recommend !

    Picked up the shuttle bus outside the Sheraton hotel at...

    Picked up the shuttle bus outside the Sheraton hotel at Terminal 1 , with a less than 5 min journey to the Case Nuove stop. It was a bit daunting leaving the bus stop and walking along the side of the road, surrounding roads were pretty rough and ready however the apartment itself was just perfect, with a secure entrance we felt safe. There is no staff on site, just the three apartments within one building. You need to call/text to get the code to open the key safe, ( we were given one on our booking confirmation which we tried several times to no avail before giving Up and calling). We then received a long message with everything else we needed to know which was great. We had an early start and got the first free shuttle at 525am to terminal 2 which was a brisk 10 minute-walk back to the shuttle bus stop. Ideal for our needs and would use again. Thankyou 😎

    The "village" is peaceful and feels safe, but not...

    The "village" is peaceful and feels safe, but not particularly welcoming. One of the hotels would not serve me a cup of coffee, as it is 'for guests' only. The other place is a pizzeria. It was busy in the evening, but there were some free tables. When the waiter arrived, he asked me if I was alone, which I was. So he told me to go and stand at the bar if I wanted to have a pizza. Needless to say, I simply left in a huff.

    It's a satellite district on the side of the Malpensa...

    It's a satellite district on the side of the Malpensa airport. It's a good location for a subsequent drop-off or pick-up the next day. Getting to this area by car - in my view anyway - is not sign-posted but Google maps seems to know the way well enough! There are a couple of restaurants in this area that seem to have got good reviews. The real question is how to get to/from the airport. There is a public shuttle bus on the main airport boundary road that you can just about drag a bag with wheels to easily enough to get to the (fairly) obvious bus stop. Some hotels will arrange a more personal door-to-door shuttle taxi for a fee. Some may provide this free - but I can't say for certain and I doubt it!

    I had a good look around Case Nuove.

    I had a good look around Case Nuove. The only surprising thing was that I didn't come across any zombies: this has to be the most post-apocalyptic looking village in all of Italy. Perhaps it was because I visited in late winter, perhaps it comes alive in spring and looks lovely, perhaps I will sprout wings and fly...

    I loved this hotel, I could feel how owners care about their guests. Rooms were prepared for our stay, warmed up, breakfast served on table. Design is amazing, it was a pleasure to stay. There was everything that needed: microwave, mini fridge, snacks, shower gels, even toothpaste! Especially I loved the coffee machine. There were few restaurants around with Italian cuisine. Getting the hotel was a bit long, but easy: we took shuttle bus from terminal 1 to terminal 2 and got out on Case Nuove stop, then it took about 5 mins walk to the hotel.

    Great shower, bed, hairdryer, breakfast. Staff very professional. Exactly what you need for a transit hotel. Extremely confusing to get to. A) taxi 45E B) go to exit 10 where you can call the hotel shuttle 15E each or C) get the FREE shuttle, go down to U-1 walk past all the carhire places follow zebra path, go over little bridge, turn left, walk to rail station turn right for Main entrance where you will see a stop for Navetta Terminal 1 free shuttle. Take this to Case Nuove stop. Walk to hotel from here.

    The staff here are exceptional - helpful, friendly, impeccable English. Location is perfect (shuttle bus then walk or a quick taxi ride) and the hotel offers a very speedy, comfortable and reliable shuttle to the airport for a brilliant price of only 5 euros. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very, very clean and overall was a nice building to stay between travelling. Breakfast had an impressive selection to choose from and the dining room was clean and spacious.

    If you need to sleep next to airport, its probably the best ratio money/quality. Hotel is quite old, but still clean. Shuttle service is convenient (third party!), but you need to make sure you book a space into it.
