The hotel is right above the restaurant. Everything is clean, elegant, and stylish, and the smell is aesthetic. The room has new modern-style furniture (a plus compared to others), a television with Internet access, and a bathroom full of towels ready for use. All that's left is a telephone to the reception desk and a pair of slippers; everything is perfect. Breakfast is included and served right at the table. You have to pick a spot where the breakfast is and enjoy it. As mentioned, it is a restaurant-based hotel so the food is delicious and finger-licking. There is also a supermarket nearby, which makes it convenient. I highly recommend this place.

The professional yet very kind and personal attention by Nailya, Pamela, Marco! Thank you! :-) The surprise effect of driving into a magnificent forested palace property! Great hotel with a homely atmosphere, in a nice quiet area. Decently sized rooms with ample en-suite facilities. Secure garage parking for your motorcycle. Superb selection of food at the buffet style continental breakfast. Would recommend especially of you are on a motorcycle trip.

Amazing view from house and terrace. We all enjoyed the stay in full- house, pool, jakuzzi- all was spacious and felt like true Tuscany adventure. You can buy local fresh fruit/ juices/ jams just next to the house. Recommend.

    The people are marvelous, the accommodation was great and...

    The people are marvelous, the accommodation was great and the food exceptional. The location is to die for with the little villages surrounding you and both Bologna and Modena only a drop kick away, highly recommend you stay with Claudio.
