Very nice apartment just a few minutes walk from the centre of Castelvetro. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. When we stayed (very end of August), parking was available nearby either on the street or in a carpark just a few minutes away. Google maps led us astray a bit, so I suggest you use the exact destination provided by the hosts.

Francesca was one of the most hospitable owners I have ever met. She warmly greeted us with plentiful sparkling wine and delectable nibbles which we enjoyed on the beautiful roof deck. She made us feel especially welcome with her kind and bubbly personality. Breakfast was generous and delicious! She even packed yummy chocolate cake to take on the road. Also, she upgraded us to a suite upon our arrival. 🥰

The property has design and character. The view is beautiful. There is an authentic cellar for balsamic vinegar in the centre of the hotel. The food was good. The breakfast had fresh juice with fruits from the garden. The ingredients were local and good quality. The staff was very kind and friendly to us. Lucia especially, one of the waitresses during dinner, was so very kind to us. We really liked her. Also they are dog friendly!

The town had all of the services we needed for our weeklong stay oncluding nice grocery stores, a conveniet ESSO station, gelateria and a self-service laundry. I had a great stay at Hotel Guerro. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The location is very convenient and easy to access, with the added bonus of free parking. The hotel is newly decorated, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Claudio and Annalisa are amazing hosts. It was hot, so the pool offered welcome relief. We were made to feel welcome from the first minute. Loved the balsamic tour. Evening with dinner and music under the olive trees was quite something. Don't forget to visit the stunning town of Castelvetro di Modena
