Exceptional place. Delicious food in the restaurant (level really comparable to Michelin restaurants) with a wonderful view, excellent wine, excellent oils, beautiful spacious rooms, really kind owner and staff. The staff were all very nice, and a special mention for Eduardo, who was so helpful and informative with the restaurant menu. He also gave us so much information about the local area. The restaurant food was exceptional and we enjoyed every meal.

The staff. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Tamara. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Lorenzo was a great tour guide. I highly recommend reaching out to them before your stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip a success. The breakfast was simple, but everything you need to start the day. It was all very fresh and very tasty. The cappuccinos were beautiful. The restaurant, which is off site and only 5 minutes away, is fantastic. The food and service is unbelievable. The chandelier in our room adds a pop to the room.

Absolutely stunning property on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. Our room was a perfect mix of historic and modern and was the perfect place to spend a few nights. The staff were also impeccable - from reception, spa and the restaurant. We loved eating breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and was given complimentary use of the wellness space. Highly recommend to go to both!
