I can only say positive things about our stay! The gentlemen at reception were exceptionally kind and helpful – they were already waiting for us, even though I booked the accommodation just half an hour before our arrival. The location is fantastic, and our spacious room had a lovely view of a small river. Everything worked perfectly, and we were able to park our car safely on-site. The entire place was spotless and tastefully decorated, and it’s conveniently close to the motorway. The surrounding area is beautiful, with Lidl and Spar just a few meters away. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try the breakfast as we had to leave very early, but it’s great to know that they can provide special gluten-free meals on request. The Chichibo restaurant recommended by the receptionist was also superb, serving delicious gluten-free options. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone – we will definitely be staying here again!

What a place, unbelievable! Every one of the family members who own and run the accommodation that we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Raul welcomed us with such kindness and warmth and explained everything clearly. He also recommended an excellent place with local food. The house is incredible inside and out, it looks gorgeous on the photos already but you will still be nicely surprised, I guarantee you. The room was beautiful and the bed was very very comfortable. We wished we could stay longer but we had a trip planned out already. We'll surely be back in the future when in the area and hope that they manage to keep up the beautiful, homely, welcoming atmosphere!

Super friendly and supportive staff. The room was very clean and warm during winter. We got super hot water to shower. 2 types of pillows to choose from. Breakfast is simple but very well served. We traveled with our dogs and everything was great. Super starry night with little artificial light. 5 minutes to Aquileia and 20 to Grado.

Best location in Palmanova. Excellent breafast. Perfect Italian food and perfect esspresso coffee. Free and secure parking. We cannot imagine better place to stay in Palmanova and we will always return to this hotel.

Breakfast was perfect, they packed for us because we needed to leave early. Really helpful staff. Really confortable to stay with your pet, they also arranged a cot for our room and they gave us suggestions for dinner, 10/10 on service.

    Very comfortable apartment, we loved it. It is super clean, and we had all what we need, comfortable beds, air conditioning, balcony, wifi, etc... The airport and the train line are near, but they aren't disturbing at all, we have slept well. Towels and bedsheets are provided too. Elena is very helpful. Cervignano del Friuli is a lovely town, you can reach Udine, Aquileia, Grado, Trieste fast and easy even by bus or train. (train station and bus stop is in 15 min walk from the apartment)

    Spacious room. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Large supermarket across the road as well as a restaurant being available in walking distance (2 minutes). Excellent location to explore the wider region by car (Udine, Gorizia, Aquileia, Trieste, Cividale del Friuli...).
