Amazing place in wonderful park. Tranquil and stunning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect. The room was impressive and large and so was the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. Dinner in the garden, breakfast on the third floor terrace (with stunning views). Plenty of parking. And the suitcases were brought up to the room (we panicked at first when we saw all the stairs). Only regret was that we could not stay longer.

Leonardo is very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, bang on in the centre. All the commodities are available. He even leaves sugar, coffee, salt and oil available. Everything is prim and proper. The bed is super comfortable!

It was clean and comfortable and had secure parking for my motorbike. The host was very friendly and waited for me to arrive after being let down by an early booking. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was just perfect. The place was very cosy and had everything we needed. Also incredibly clean. It is a great place if you want to visit Mt Terminilo. The host was extremely helpful and helped us with a restaurant booking and even gave us a contact of a guide who took us for a hike in the mountain, which was the best day of our trip. Everything was much much better than we expected. Thank you!

The most amazing place living in a barrel with plenty of space. Had a wine gourmet experience where we were showed and told about their wine production and afterwards tried 7 of their wine with a big dinner. Extremely high value for money! The man showing us around and presenting the wine and dinner was very good at english and obviously knew a lot about wine and wine production. One of the best tours we have tried. Wonderful breakfast too served by the barrel. Beautiful area for a walk.

Modern, renovated apartment. Very well furnished with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. On site parking. Very comfortable. Easy check in. Walk into Rieti old town. Big supermarket within walking distance. Great value.
