The owner and all generations of the family do out of love. I arrived and it was about to rain and I was offered an umbrella. I was leaving in thunderstorm to wait at the bus stop across the street, and again I was offered an umbrella to leave at the supermarket where the bus stop is located. I was also allowed to check out late. Wonderful people and place.

The house is actually located in a residential area, in a very beautiful small village. The neighbors are calm and pleasant. We used this place to visit the monastery of La Verna, which is nearby. The living is very large. It is already cold at the end of October, but the house has local heating. Everything you need is there. There is a shop across the road. The rooms are very large. Decent electronics (TV, music center). The owner communicates in Italian, in other languages ​​via WhatsApp.

Wonderful staff! Florentino went way beyond - prior to our stay she answered many questions about the bus from Bibbiena to Della Verna and even purchased bus tickets for us! The hotel was lovely, lots of character, comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast had lots of variety....cheese, meat, cereal, yogurt, breads, sweet breads, fruit, espresso. Highly recommended!
