Nice hotel close to the airport. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood outside Rome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helped us arrange a transfer for our very early flight.

Everything was great. Alessandro is such a great host. Our train was late ~30 minutes, so he was waiting for us in front of the building (sorry about that), and he was kind enough to take us to the airport the morning when we had to leave. The room was very clean, and the host provided good breakfast and all the necessities. The bus station is just 2 minutes away, and the train takes you to Roma Termini in 15 minutes, so we would rather stay in F.A.M rooms again then anywhere else in Rome.

Host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, we were not expecting such a large room, this is pretty much a private flat and was great value for money. We stayed here as we missed our flight and booked last minute however, had we known how fantastic the property was we wish we would have stayed here for our entire trip to Rome. The train station is just down the road and only costed us 1.5 euros to travel back and forth from the city. I cannot praise the host enough, he was a lovely man and gave us an early check-in on request; he was probably the nicest person we had met on our howl trip. Truly brilliant! i would highly recommend, also there is a fantastic pizza places bellow the building which was great if your looking for something to eat.

We had everything we needed for our short stay in this nice, cozy apartment. The staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area close to Ciampino airport. It can be reached quickly by car (at night taxis usually charge the fixed tariff).

Extraordinary clean, extraordinary comfortable and the landlord so kind! In the morning we asked for a taxi . She offered to drop us to the train station. And it was for free, only because she treated the clients with a lot of kindness 🤗 Thank you. The breakfast is served in a large kitchen / living room, where you find all you need to make you breakfast! I had the feeling I am at home 😍. I loved this ! All around is decorated with taste, they paid attention to all details, just to be relaxing for the guests. I was enjoying my morning coffee in a large balcony, facing a beautiful green area, clean and quiet. I was really impressed by the worm feelings I had in my staying in the property. The owner arranged the transfer from the airport and it was super useful as we arrived late after 23:00. We only stayed one night and it was so welcoming and a great start for our holiday.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Deserves!

    Ciampino is a lovely typical Italian town, it’s not very...

    Ciampino is a lovely typical Italian town, it’s not very touristy but the locals etc still make you very welcome. It is also excellent if your flying to Ciampino airport it’s literally about 9 minutes on the bus (Airport to the town). If you were stuck for transport from the airport to the hotel I’m sure you could walk it in about 20-25 minutes 😁.

    Quite a nice town centre with a lively bar and a couple of restaurants - it was Sunday so not a lot open. We did have a lovely meal at a restaurant recommended by the host. Very convenient for Ciampino airport air link shuttle.

    I went through Ciampino to get to Malta, its a small airport and was great to get in and out of. DO NOT USE UBER IN OR OUT, THEY WILL DROP YOU INSTANTLY AND NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AFTER YOU ORDER A RIDE.

    Great small and quiet town near Rome.

    Great small and quiet town near Rome. The people are friendly and everything is close at hand - nice cafeterias and restaurants, shops and a train station from which you can take a train straight to Roma Termini and it's only 15 minutes ride. Really nice place to stay at.

    Ciampino is a small town.

    Ciampino is a small town. We couldn't find any area for sightseeing but our aim was Roma and the most important fact that the traffic (the train) was very good and fast. The time was max. 15 minutes from Ciampino to Roma Termini (Roma center). The airport is close to Ciampino as well (max. 10 minutes) by Airlink bus. So, Ciampino the best location for those who are seeking an accomodation close to Rome and the airport, and they want to sleep cheap for few days.

    It is excellent for a base for Rome via the train and bus service there. There are plenty of good restaurants that are cheaper than the centre of Rome. The supermarket there is very good if you are self-catering. It is quick and easy to get to the airport

    Organized, praticle, clean and close to the airport. The best place to be if you have an early flight to the airport or you are arriving late to Rome CIA and you need to sleep before heading to the city. The bus station going to the airport is close and there is a cafe right away called Nino where you can grab an early Italian Breakfast before heading to the airport. I needed a place to sleep before my flight and this hotel was right for me.

    Silvia was very helpful to facilitate an easy and stress free late check-in. It is located within 15 minute walking distance from the train station - well linked and quick to travel to and from Rome Termini - or a short taxi ride. It is right next to the Airport (Ciampino) but will require a taxi ride - Silvia helped organise this for us, we needed to be at the airport at 4am, this was greatly appreciated.

    I liked everything. Convenient location from the airport, very close. To get to Rome 15 minutes by train and a couple of metro stops, which is also very convenient. The hotel room is clean, cozy, has all the necessary amenities for living. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The hosts are friendly and very nice. You feel at home, very cozy. I recommend with all my heart.

    The location from the airport is really good. It is only 6min drive from the Ciampino hotel. Hotel is freshly renovated and room is new. There are not many new rooms/hotels in this area. There are some lovely restaurants nearby, it is in a very small and sweet village.

    We needed a hotel near the airport for one night as we had an early morning flight. This hotel turned out to be good for that, as it is very close to Ciampino Airport. We also used the hotel's transfer service to the airport and we are satisfied.
