There is no easy walking access to the cruise port or terminals, you will have to book a taxi OR take a bus from the train station to the port (40e). Taxi service: Worst I've ever seen or had to use! Reserved taxi for transportation from facility to cruise port on departure day - DID NO SHOW UP! Facility over 3/4 mile from any street used by taxis! Neighbors were able to contact taxi for us - prevented a disaster for us! No, I doubt I'd recommend this property/location to anyone - period! Our room was a good size with all the facilities. Breakfast very basic but useful. Very clean and very looked after. The only reason I give only “fair”was the fact that the night was very noisy,because the two restaurants situated right underneath our room ,the stayed open very late at night . Was very hot weather and the lack of air on made it impossible to have the windows shut to reduce the outside noise. As a result we had a very uncomfortable sleep.Guest review byJoannaUnited Kingdom

Staff were exceptionally obliging, picking us up from the boat and dropping us off at the airport. Great place to stay when flying out the next day. Saved lot of money by not travelling back into Rome and out again. We were dropped into the city which was fabulous shopping and dining then very easy to catch bus directly back to hotel. She communicated very well with us and made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. She went beyond her hostess role and was also like a guide - gave us recommendations for food, beach and grocery, all of which were excellent recommendations.
