Everything, from the clean room, pool, restaurant to excellent room service and friendly staff. Absolutely recommend this hotel as its only short 12 minute drive to the inner city centre of Bologna. Great escape from the humidity in town!

The room was very nice and comfortable, with a large TV and a great bed, I had a balcony that was very charming as well. The breakfast is really complete and super tasty. I have to also highlight that the staff is simply amazing, from my first moment there, everyone was really helpful and nice. I also couldn’t help but notice that as the property is close to some hospitals, some people choose to stay there for that reason, and the staff is really good for them. I saw the people from the breakfast going the extra mile to help a woman that needed, and being really honest, this totally made my day. I am really sure that this is one of the best places in Bologna!

The most helpful staff I've ever met. The gentleman at the front desk even navigated me through the city when I had no internet access for a while, which I'm very grateful for. The hotel itself is in the center, so close to all the attractions. I'll definitely be back.

It was easy to get there and the concierges were friendly and with great recommendations. We had a little leak in our shower and they took care of it swiftly. Go to the rooftop terrace and tower, during the day and at night, I highly recommend the view from up there.
