The old house is renovated with great attention to detail. Good room size and pleasant facilities. Small boutique hotel with few rooms. Clean style but still cozy. The breakfast is very good, well prepared and everything is very, very fresh. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. The direct access to the lake and the view is fantastic. The location is very quiet, which makes the whole thing even nicer for us. We can only recommend the hotel. A small side note: after the rooms were heated so much, we had the windows open at night. It would be nice if the chef doesn't light the cigarette directly in the complex but further down by the lake as all the smoke goes into the room in the morning which is not really comfortable for sleep. And for us personally, there was simply a lack of shelf space in the bathroom, so we put all our stuff on the floor.

Excellent service by Rita & Roxanna. Rita is very quick and responsive to questions or issues raised. Clean comfortable bed sheets and pillows in cosy room. Nice warm showers. Very relaxing and peaceful stay especially by the swimming pool. Good breakfast with nice views. A short drive to town and ferry terminal.

    There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio...

    There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio, just up the hill which at times can be unreliable and you need to buy tickets from the bar near the bus stop before your journey. If you rent a car, the journey into the mountains is worth the 8 hairpin bends. The views are absolutely stunning.

    good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel.

    good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel. another good restaurant near marina, yet that one is rather expensive one. beach is easily accessible and there are paths for runners as well close to major attractions of Lake Como, worth considering travelling by bus. (Italians can be angry drivers if you go according to the speed limits)

    Location - right on the coastline with a beach (gravel / stone) in front of the hotel. The hotel also has it's own private sunbathing area. Restuarant at hotel with great food. Reasonably priced too. There is another close by which we would use if staying more than one night. The views are stunning. Free underground parking with plenty of space. Water sports. Clean, modern and comfy. Fridge / AC etc. Not far from Menaggio either (by car). Check out / pay in the restuarant. Breakfast (included) was very good.

    Perfect, just perfect! A really new, perfectly clean apartment with 2 bathrooms and a lot of space. The view ist breathtaking and you can enjoy it from within or at the terrace or the large garden...or you simply walk down the stairs directly to the lake. Parking is just outside the house (ideal for high/large cars). The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, if you don't want, try the fabulous pizza at the hotel restaurant nearby. Very friendly host! We surely will come again!

    A very nice flat very close to the "Piazza Roma" in Cremia. There are a few public parking lots nearby if you're lucky, if not you can use a reserved one ~400m by foot in the via della Laga. You can see the como lake from the windows and the terrace. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room and a large bathroom, a coffee machine, lots of kitchen tools and a washing machine are also present. The AC in every room also heats the place if required.

    The accommodation was like a dream, the view from the window was breathtaking! The appartement is very clean, nice and comfortable with all necessary equipment. Cremia is a calm place, but the bar nearby the tiny old harbour is great! Restaurants also seem very fine. For us the only weaker thing was a beach, but the promenade around the lake is marvelous.

    This is a great hotel, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, lovely room with a view over the lake, amazing breakfasts. Staff are very helpful, helping to book restaurants and taxis and a transfer to Linate airport. Cleaning team do a great job too.
