I had a problem during my stay, but the employee Matteo was always incredibly available to help and resolve the situation, even outside of his working hours, providing the hospitality and passion for work desired in a hotel of this category. Great location in a quiet area yet close to everything. Fabulous staff who were very welcoming and informative. We had the offer of an evening cruise around the canals which was fantastic and well worth doing. Lovely breakfast and the option of dining inside or out in a garden area. Tables and chairs outside right on the canal which was a perfect spot for drinks and snacks and watching the sun go down.
