The breakfast was gorgeous, really an amazing spread of fresh and local ingredients, and dried fruits and müesli, and a juicer, and an omelette and crepe chef -4 kinds of butter. Really amazing! Warm reception and friendly staff. The dinners were also great - as parents to 2 kids, we usually go for simple restaurants with kid-pleasing fare - but the dinner menu was truly fabulous, gourmet chef style, amazing choices where everyone could find something delicious and to their tastes, and a wonderful salad and appetizer buffet to accompany the dinner menu. And the kids had nice simpler options as well, and then could go downstairs to the playroom and let us enjoy the rest of our courses. The family room with a special kid bedroom was just what we needed, and the balconies were my favorite - unbelievable views. The pools and saunas were also wonderful - easily accessible even by elevator, great for my parents who were with us - the indoor pool is not huge but was just right for us to play and swim a bit with the kids, and even in October we could swim in the heated pool outdoors. (One is heated, one is not). I loved the gym - always makes vacation feel a little better when I can get a few workouts in. I didn't make it to the yoga hour, will have to save that for next time! Thank you guys for a lovely stay, our first time in South Tyrol and we will definitely be back!!

Fantastic location, spacious parking lot in the garage. Hotel and room with great design, attention to detail, clean, light and yet warm and friendly. Warm welcome by the hosts and very helpful attitude for every requests we had. The balcony was fantastic, the view is amazing. Breakfast with the widest selection I ever had.     Modern room with A/C and balcony, decent location with outstanding view over Merano, good garage parking (important in such a places!), very centric location. The pools are a bit small (10-12m long), so easy get crowded, but otherwise plenty of space for sundecks. Staff is excellent, caring and service oriented. Food on the dinner is excellent too, with mix of fine dining menu and easy grabs for kids, plus appetizers and cheese buffet.

    The location was really nice with a great panorama. The bus station to reach Merano was nearby and free of charge with the Südtirol Guest Pass. Free parking was also available. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and partly renovated. Good breakfast, but the salty options could be improved. The staff was kind and helpful in giving suggestions.

    The check in proces is strange, there is no lobby to the hotel. The room is spacius with a balcony, the shower is part of the room on the way to the balcony, the toilet is separated. Bed is O.K. but pillowes are very thin. The heater was turned on only on the second night although it was cold. Breakfast was O.K.
