Everything was perfect during our stay. The host is a kind person, she sent us all the needed information and allowed us to enjoy our stay. This area is really lovely, quite, the house and the garden the same, cosy, fully equipped kitchen and the room exactly as in the picture. With the bus you can easily go to the centre, is pretty close, so I totally recommend this place!

Lovely boutique hotel, curated with great attention to detail and highlighting the historic elements of this old venetian villa. This was our third stay and we wouldn't change a single thing! The entire team are absolutely lovely and always make us (and our dog) feel right at home. The train ride to venice island is only a few stops and there are many cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Pro tip: plan your trip to stay on a Monday and visit the weekly market in Moglinao Veneto in the morning! Added bonus: the washer and dryer are always nice when we have been on the road for a while.

Stuff so caring and attentive. Super big rooms, modern clean plenty of amenities. 15 min drive from Marco Polo airport (no shuttle though) so, great location if you need this proximity. After staying in small European style hotels for a week, we breathed a sigh of relief and had a good night sleep On the very comfortable beds! .
