Beautifully decorated room, very clean and cozy. It’s equiped with everything you need and the owners are very nice and friendly. Also, you have access to the patio where you can chill and have a drink. The location is great, very close to the city center and main square (5 minute walk), and the breakfast place is just a minute away. Without a doubt, one of the best BNB’s we’ve ever stayed in.

Very private. Right beside the historical centre. Could walk everywhere. Host provided wonderful suggestions on where to eat and visit. Everything was very easy! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3rd floor apartment in Empoli. The flat is outstanding – modern, spotless, and very well equipped. There’s lift access, a sleek bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a large double bed, and even the sofabed was surprisingly comfortable! The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to Empoli train station, making it super convenient for day trips. We were also attending a wedding venue just a 20-minute drive away, so the apartment was perfectly located for both events and travel. One of the highlights was the host, Danielle, who truly went above and beyond. Not only was he full of helpful local recommendations (especially for nearby cafes, which made our breakfast runs easy and delicious!), but his fluency in English, thanks to time spent in the UK, made communication effortless. He also personally picked us up from the wedding late at night when taxis were hard to find – absolutely incredible hospitality! Taxi access in the area can be tricky and expensive, but thanks to Danielle’s help, everything went smoothly. He’s a fantastic host and clearly passionate about making his guests feel welcome. We’d absolutely love to stay in one of his properties again in the future. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the Empoli area – it truly made our trip memorable!

We used Empoli as a base as the train station offered many possibilities as a central hub. We did however really enjoy a lovely walk in the scenic hills. The center was clean and had a really nice vibe to it and the locals were very friendly. We were also told by a historian that the city had a good museum of art although we didn't have time to investigate further unfortunately due to time.

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. The surroundings had lovely scenery and the nearby town was vibrant. Public transportation was quite a challenge and getting a taxi was not much easier. You can get most places by walking but if you have mobility issues you will struggle. I would definitely stay again though, very nice place! 😁

A gorgeous authentic Italian town just outside Florence with great train routes to Siena, Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre. It's the perfect location if you're planning to have a Tuscan base to explore the area but don't want to pay Florence prices. The locals are all friendly and look out for everyone.

The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. Maddelena was our host was beyond helpful and welcoming meeting us at the property on our arrival to Empoli. We had a family wedding outside Empoli and Maddelena was able to help us with providing a taxi company number. The appartment was very central and easy to access all areas of Empoli with a short walk, the train station is very close by also. Would recommend this stay and would also happily return and stay again.

The room was incredibly clean, with really good furniture pieces and utensils. The kitchenette was everything we needed with a fridge and washing machine. The TV was so big and nice, felt just like home. The whole experience was genuinely so pleasant and just what we needed. Empoli is very well situated just 30 mins from Florence and 30 mins from Pisa. It's a gorgeous authentic Italian town.

We went for a wedding so most of the day we were out ,the wedding venue is 5 minutes walk away so the location was ideal ,the hotel had all the facsilities but we didn'thave a chance to cook at all,there was a swimming pool too didn't have time to enjoy a dip as we were very busy with the wedding . Beautiful scenic place indeed

The location is beautiful and there is a lovely vineyard just a 15 minute walk away that does a lovely wine tasting (Piazzano). It's about a 10 minute drive from the property to Empoli. The top floor apartment has 360 views over the property which is very nice for both sunrises and sunsets.
