We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3rd floor apartment in Empoli. The flat is outstanding – modern, spotless, and very well equipped. There’s lift access, a sleek bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a large double bed, and even the sofabed was surprisingly comfortable! The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to Empoli train station, making it super convenient for day trips. We were also attending a wedding venue just a 20-minute drive away, so the apartment was perfectly located for both events and travel. One of the highlights was the host, Danielle, who truly went above and beyond. Not only was he full of helpful local recommendations (especially for nearby cafes, which made our breakfast runs easy and delicious!), but his fluency in English, thanks to time spent in the UK, made communication effortless. He also personally picked us up from the wedding late at night when taxis were hard to find – absolutely incredible hospitality! Taxi access in the area can be tricky and expensive, but thanks to Danielle’s help, everything went smoothly. He’s a fantastic host and clearly passionate about making his guests feel welcome. We’d absolutely love to stay in one of his properties again in the future. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the Empoli area – it truly made our trip memorable!

    We used Empoli as a base as the train station offered many possibilities as a central hub. We did however really enjoy a lovely walk in the scenic hills. The center was clean and had a really nice vibe to it and the locals were very friendly. We were also told by a historian that the city had a good museum of art although we didn't have time to investigate further unfortunately due to time.

    The apartment was lovely and very comfortable.

    The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. The surroundings had lovely scenery and the nearby town was vibrant. Public transportation was quite a challenge and getting a taxi was not much easier. You can get most places by walking but if you have mobility issues you will struggle. I would definitely stay again though, very nice place! 😁

    A gorgeous authentic Italian town just outside Florence with great train routes to Siena, Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre. It's the perfect location if you're planning to have a Tuscan base to explore the area but don't want to pay Florence prices. The locals are all friendly and look out for everyone.

    The apartment is much better than the photos show: spacious, full of natural light, and very airy. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking, and the back terrace is cozy and ideal for relaxing. The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from Empoli station, right between Florence and Pisa. Monia was an outstanding host: kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. If you’re looking for peace and quiet while staying close to Tuscany’s main cities, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

    5 STAR review. What an amazing find. This wonderful boutique B&B set a few yards from the centre of Empoli. We had a beautiful en suite room with everything catered for, including aircon for the warm evenings. Sunny large balcony with soft lighting to sit out in the evenings. Monia and the girls keep everything immaculate. Monia helped us out with taxis and was always met with a warm, friendly greeting by all. Amazing value for money. Highly recommended.

    Vanna is an incredible host making herself available anytime via WhatsApp She provided the perfect accomidation for our stay in Empoli. The room with mini kitchen was large, clean, modern and had everything you need . Location is only 100 metres from the station which provides easy access to Florence and Pisa. So central yet so safe.

    Perfect place near Firenze and also Pisa, where you can relax. Everything was OK, Peacefull surrroudings in the middle of vineyards, clean and beuatiful pool. Unfortunatelly the pool is only open until 7,00 p.m. Perfect restaurant (should be booked in advance).
