I opted for this hotel as I felt the price was very good for 2 nights. From start to finish I could not have asked for anymore. Roberto was very quick to respond to me and very friendly as I was arriving after 11pm so I needed to check myself in. This set up was very impressive for me and Roberto made me feel at ease as I knew exactly what I must do to check myself when I first arrived. The room was very modern and clean with a huge TV on the wall with all channels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was very nice too. Breakfast was very tasty with a very good choice and all for just €7!!! I was very impressed that all the staff in the hotel spoke perfect english as I only speak english myself so that really was a bonus that I was not expecting. The small shop in front of reception was very handy and it was fitted with all the essentials along with snacks and drinks which also was just a great thing to have as a guest in the hotel. Roberto was very friendly and even called a taxi for me and answered all questions that I had as I was not familiar with the area. Denata at reception was also very friendly, accomodating and helpful. All staff I dealt with were really of a very high standard and just lovely. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Faenza and I will be back!

Really good business hotel. The setting was descent for a commercial park. Really quiet. The staff were awesome. I have to give a special mention to the restaurant staff, especially the boss. Salamat.

We loved absolutely everything in Simona's house. As I love cats, I could feel like being at home. Simona gave us a lot of useful additional information about the nearby places, so we had the possibility to make a trip to the medieval city Brisighella (10 min by train). If we had more time we could have visited more places and restos in Faenza. Please, remember to give the correct time for breakfast. I made a big faux pas to come too late. I would love to come back. The location is excellent, not only super easy to find but close to the old city, the famous Museo delle Ceramiche is a few steps from the house and there is plenty of restaurants nearby.

On the slopes of a beautiful and secluded valley, Max and Lori have built a magnificent guest house. The living space is spacious and well-equipped, and from the observation deck there is an amazing view, which may in itself be worth coming to the place. The photos of the guest house reflect exactly what is in it; the level of maintenance of the facilities is high; Max and Lori themselves are amazing hosts; Lori's breakfast is made from local ingredients, in variety and quality that surpasses any breakfast served in other similar places on our trips. I hope Max and Lori maintain the high standard over time. If so, this is a place to return to in the future.
