Everything was perfect: - The hosts are lovely, really good vibes; - The view is amazing; - Beds are comfortable and there is all the necessary equipments in the room and bathroom; - Breakfast are great (home made cakes, toasts, boiled/scrumble eggs, juice, coffee/tea w/wo milk, jam/nutella, yogurts, cereals, ...) and good quality; - They can cook dinner if you plan it with them, for a very reasonable price you'll spend a lovely time with good and traditional food; - You can park your car; - There's an amazing spot for hicking in the mountains; - Lot of restaurants and beach spots around... My husband and myself had a great time at Le Magnolie and we'll probably come back if we return at Como Lago. Thank you Stephano and Laura!

The little town of Faggeto Lario is a lovely out of the way place for experiencing Lake Como. The beaches are small, but nice, and the water sports and boating excursions allow you to experience Lake Como as far as you wish to go. Domus Plinii Suites is a great family or group hotel, as the suites fit your whole group spaciously. The showers and the kitchen are clean, the views are lovely, the staff is friendly. The beds were comfortable, the AC excellent. The breakfast in the garden was a very nice experience with enough variety and dishes of high quality.

The place is delightful! The hosts are incredibly organized and easy to reach. Everything we needed was right there in the house, and it was all brand new. Plus, the neighborhood is fantastic for hiking. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

    A lovely experience.

    A lovely experience. Off the beaten track so ideal for people looking for peace and quiet but not isolated . Close to a tiny village and to Faggeto Lario and 40 mins to Como and other towns on the lake. Good for solo travellers and families. Up on the hill and not walking distance from Lake. 10 mins by car from Lakeshore. Host very accomodating.

    Faggeto Lario, 15 minutes by car from Como, is a hillside small town. People are very friendly. The "Giardino Segreto" is a top level accomodation, new and clean. The host was very courteous and present.

    I only stayed for 3 days, enough to make me want to come back, if possible in the summer! The hotel has very good service, both at the reception and in the restaurant! I really liked the gift I received when I left the hotel, I will be very happy to come back!!

    This was an excellent hotel for seeing Lake Como and for just relaxing and letting the boat take the train of driving away. The ferry boat dock is less than five minutes away and you can spend the whole day just exploring the lake by boat

    We enjoyed the stay very much and would definately recommend the stay to other people. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely with a kitchenette and lots of storage space, we had a balcony to sit and have a quiet drink while taking in the beauty of Lake Como. We ate in several places and had a great speedboat trip to view some of the other villages on the lake, Walking was good, the hills were quite steep, so you do what you can and go back. The higher you go the more you see. Don't miss it.

    We we're suppose to have a rental car, but after some bad...

    We we're suppose to have a rental car, but after some bad luck we ended up moving with public transportation with which Faggeto Lario is not impossible, but a bit difficult to reach. There are not too many restaurants (we counted three) and no grocery store. Views are very beautiful though and the ferry ride from Como was also very beautiful. This is a beautiful small village where you can enjoy silence and peace.

    The view from our room and that would be the case in all the rooms was incredible! The room was spotless clean, very comfortable bed, small but had everything you needed in the bathroom. Huge TV and cute sitting area. The restaurant for dinner was brilliant and the included breakfast was the best we have had in Italy in the 3 weeks we've been here. Highly recommend staying here. Oh and the dock to catch the ferry is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

    The hotel service was amazing from the time we reached to the time we checked out. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Location was perfect with a beautiful view of the lake! Definitely recommend with a car hire and staying at this lovely location. The hotel owner was very welcoming and we got some lovely local honey as a gift when we checked out.

    I traveled almost half the world and been in many hotels/apartments but this is one of the best experiences. Super friendly host. She picked us up from the parking place to go to the apartment. An experience itself. After Michaela prepared the best Italian dinner I ever had. Also the breakfast was also very good. In 1 word, PERFECT
