This is a hotel that is very well run by its owners. Friendly staff, good service, good breakfast, excellent dinner and nice wines. We are spoiled and this is one of the best hotels we have been to. An example of the quality is that the cappucino at breakfast is made by hand and does not come from a fully automatic machine. We booked one of the suites. If possible, I would go for it. That was a really nice room.

Everything! The staff is so polite and welcoming, from the reception to the bar, the dining area, the driver of the mini bus! Everyone is so nice and professional to the maximum! The food is like a Michelin star restaurant and I could not be more amazed by its quality. The spa is wonderful and huge, clean and beautifully designed. Overall the hotel is a 10 out of 10! The hotel is literally few minutes walk from the ski lift station. That's highly attractive if you are coming for skiing or hiking. But be aware that's quite far from the city center. Both breakfast and dinner are good and tasty:) Very good gym and fairly good spa area. Even the living room is equipped with some sport staff:) Wifi is fast. The hotel personnel is helpful and really professional.

    The apartment we had was lovely - well appointed including kitchenette, in as-new condition, great location close to a supermarket, baker and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. For the caffeine addicts, the coffee machine and tasty provided beans will help you through your stay. Alexandra is super friendly and helpful, and Falzes was a great base from which we could explore the Dolomites.

    The hotel is cozy, but not too small, everyone has enough space. The Spa is incredible, and high quality massage options. The pool and outside area are beautifully kept, luxurious and modern. The room was spacious and clean, had a balcony with a nice view, also the room was quiet. The food was 10/10 every night, amazing breakfast, and you really get a welcome feeling from all of the staff.

    Spacious, very clean, and comfortable apartment with everything you need for skiing holidays, including a good boot dryer. Good parking space, easy to reach Kronplatz by car. Also, conveniently close to the center of Falzes on foot (with a grocery store, bakery, and bus stop).
