Breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful. The staff were very helpful, we came home after dinner out with family and there was thunder, lightning and rain ++. One of the kind staff members came out to the car and brought out umbrellas for us. So kind and thoughtful

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel BV last Saturday and it was truly an extraordinary experience. The room was absolutely beautiful, furnished with premium-quality furniture and thoughtful details. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary Aqua Panna water in the room — a nice touch that speaks volumes about the quality of service. Everything was top-notch, but what made the stay truly unforgettable was Claudio. He welcomed us with such warmth and made us feel right at home. On top of that, he prepared the best Wagyu beef I’ve ever tasted — simply unforgettable! I will definitely return whenever I get the chance. The hotel is conveniently located just 20 km from Bergamo Airport, which makes it even more appealing. By far, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in this region!

Great accommodation, 5 minutes from motorway, next to shopping mall, Leoland, McDonald's and with big car park. Huge easy access elevator to the hotel floor. Top: Very comfy king sized bedding, great en-suite bathroom with strong and hot shower and all amenities you need for a good night's sleep including AC. Very fast and stable wifi, big TV screen and refrigerator, free hot beverages in the lobby with very good coffee choices and also a vending machine. The breakfast was 5 stars+, fresh, tasty, rich and a big variety of sweet and salty choises of great quality. The best was the staff: Very welcoming, always smiling and available, let's say customer service at its best. Absolutely recommended, also for an overnight sleep over for an early morning flight out of Milan Bergamo airport which is 10 minutes by car.

    We booked a room for a night and can say is a pretty cool hotel with a nice location, internet, AC, small fridge and a small safe. Nice staff Close to Metal For Emergency Festival too😁 Checkout is till 11am is a good thing too.
