Fermo can be busy but also sometimes very quiet.
Fermo can be busy but also sometimes very quiet. You park just outside the walled part and maybe at busy times it may be harder to find a space but we never had a problem. There are buses that go up to the top. Excellent views of surrounding countryside. A few interesting aspects inside to visit and the combined ticket not expensive. Next year may try to go to a performance at the theatre. Several restaurants to eat at. FERMO and its surroundings have so many beautiful things to discover and not so well known: it is like a gift to arrive here.
