    A beautiful quiet little place with a fantastic view, from here you can watch the superb sunsets. It was spotlessly clean and the fascilities were good. There is a good supermarket nearby and lots of places nearby to visit. We will be back. Howard and Theresa Marshall

    Well, the guests have to have a car to stay in Fiano Romano.

    Well, the guests have to have a car to stay in Fiano Romano.. they are a few nice places and old towns to visit.. I went to Asissi, it is about 1 hour 45 min drive. it is 1 day trip. Roads are easy.. People on reception area can help you with info about restaurants and e.t BTW.. there is a restaurant in the hotel and it was very good! Food and service!

    I had an excellent stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the large-screen TV was a nice touch. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the amenities to the overall atmosphere. The location was also perfect, especially for my work trip, as it’s conveniently close to the Roma Nord exit. If you’re in the area for business or leisure, this is a fantastic choice.

    The Hotel is very close to the A1 motorway and therefore also ideal for a stop. The staff was very kind. They waited until late for us so that we could enjoy an excellent dinner at the restaurant. They were also very friendly to our little boxer Asia who was very welcomed and also enjoyed the stay :-) The pool looks nice but we did not have time for a little swimming. We will surely stop here again at the next drive through Italy.

    Beautifully appointed hotel, with marble bathrooms and entrance halls that I'd be pleased to have in my own home. Very, very spacious rooms, with tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely garden and beautiful pool. Furthermore, the best breakfast I've ever seen in an Italian hotel with delicious home made cakes, and savoury options to boot. Dog friendly. Good WiFi. Charging posts for E-cars.

    New modern style hotel. I can recommend it. In Rome, I hope you don’t have a better choice. Believe me I stay in many hotels in the room. This one is the best one what you can buy to this price. Best regards to Chiara at the Reception very professional service. Excellent training stuff.
