Very welcoming and responsive staff. Easy communication. There were great tips on what to see and where to eat (didn't know Fiesole was so beautiful) and that made Fiesole one of the best moments of our trip to Florence. Breakfast was great - everything was very fresh and tasty. Quiet, cosy hotel. The only thing is that the bathroom and the floor in the room could be a little bit cleaner, and the light from the cold bulbs spoiled the cosy atmosphere. But anyway, we really enjoyed our stay and would be great to come back someday. Thank You a lot!!!

The location is perfect, close to the city but yet far enough to have quiet evenings in cosy enviroment rich with forest and green surroundnings…also restourant is story for it self, and Nicolas and Sergey are the best, alwas ready to help and provide for the guest’s!!! A very nice agriturismo, about 15 minutes by car to the center of Firenze. The apartment was very nice and spacious, decorated with antique furnitures. The bathroom was also very big and clean.

A very charming and wonderful place to stay, especially for a trip to Florence. Stefania is a very welcoming and lovely host. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated in a lovely Italian style. The center of the town is in just 2 mins walk, where you can find restaurants and also the bus to Florence city center. The breakfast is very delicious and you can enjoy some wondrous home made Italian pastries. Would love to return!

    Fiesole has many sites to explore with its fantastic amphitheatre, monastery and cathedral. It has some excellent restaurants and local shops. We loved the Snooty Fox with its delicious authentic Italian food, Terrazza with its roof terrace with amazing views over Florence, Pizzeria Buca delle Fate, Ristorante BISTROT AL 5. Anyone who likes hiking in between city visits, will find some beautiful nature walks.

    Fiesole is a must for visitors to Tuscany.

    Fiesole is a must for visitors to Tuscany. This small hill top town is a peaceful place to stay outside Firenze. The best restaurant is Has an outdoor terrace it’s on the right as you arrive into the piazza. The hotel we stayed at was FH55 villa Fiesole. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Fiesole is a small, peaceful town just above Florence, where you can take in incredible views of the city and the rolling Tuscan hills. It’s the kind of place where time slows down—a quiet walk, a coffee in a sunny piazza, ancient ruins tucked between trees. The local museum, right next to a Roman amphitheater and Etruscan remains, is small but full of character—just enough to give you a sense of how deep the history runs here. It feels local, lived-in, and just far enough from the crowds to breathe.

    The countryside of Fiesole is beautiful.

    The countryside of Fiesole is beautiful. Hotel and needs updating. Some damp on walls in bedroom, a/c has to be climatized by reception and is on a timer. Windows in bedroom too high to get so unable to open them. We had to sleep with our main bedroom door open one night as it was hot and stuffy. Pool area was lovely, despite no bar anywhere nearby you have to walk up to main building to get drinks or snacks which have to be paid then. Basically no tab!! Only positive thing was the fish restaurant up the road, highly recommend this it was a fantastic meal!! We booked this hotel as a pit stop as we were heading down south from Croatia. Didn’t realise it was a 2* and definitely not 2* prices. Way overpriced if so. Expected something much better for the proscenium we paid.

    Fiesole is a picturesque town within the hills of Tuscany, it has excellent transport links to the city of Florence, and hiking routes for those that love walking. There are good restaurants, although we found getting a taxi back to our hotel in the evening sometimes a problem. Despite restaurant staff trying to call for us. The view point with views over Florence is spectacular.

    The purpose our visit to Fiesole was to celebrate our friend's birthday whom we had not seen for years. We had never heard of Fiesole, but they were staying there for a 3 week holiday (from Canada) and so we joined them with zero expectations. Fiesole was absolutely lovely, and frankly two days was not enough. We ate very well at local restaurants and visited the lovely Franciscan monastery on top of the hill, which is well worth a look. An incredible museum with Chinese coins dating back to the 100AC (!) and an Egyptian mummified kitten amongst other extremely old antiquities! Was not expecting that LOL! View of Florence is spectacular from Fiesole, and to think you are in a small little quiet 'village' just 20 mins drive away.

    Pensione Bencista is a wonderful place to stay with absolutely magnificent views of Florence from many windows, and from the terrace restaurant. The gourmet food at the restaurant was superb and the staff attentive. Letitzia the manager who welcomed us was a delight, and very helpful with arranging a medical referral as well ( much appreciated!), and bus tickets too! It is a very special place and we highly recommend it and won’t hesitate to stay again!! Laura also is a wonderful host and you feel like a personal guest in her home!

    This beautiful air Bnb set on property was exactly what we needed for our few days in Florence. The room was comfortable, we were fed a beautiful breakfast each morning and our host and her family were so lovely. We drove into the town each day (5min drive) and caught the but into Florence. it was so easy and convenient. The last day we explored Fiesole, what a beautiful town so rich in history! thank you for a lovely stay!

    The property was clean and had everything we needed, Tommasao was friendly and hepful.The view was beautiful. The town has some interesting Roman remains and old buildings. Therer are a few restaurants and some food shops. The views from town over Florence are stunning. The local bus is easy to use and takes you into the city in 15-20 minutes

    Very friendly small hotel. The lady at reception could not have been more helpful. My room had a great view over the Tuscan countryside. The number 7 bus for Florence leaves from the main square, which is a walk of between five and ten minutes.
