Great apartament! Cozy, well-equipped (Coffee machinę, Owen, washing machine etc.) and perfectly clean. Nice neighborhood, near the sea. Federico is fantastic host, takes great care of the guests. Breakfast is served in a very nice cofee bar, just around the corner. Highly recommended acommodation!

The house is in the middle of a huge and beautiful orange & lemon garden. Our room had a large terrace with a view to the Etna and we could also have a look to the sea. The area is very silent and at a good place. You need a car to enjoy your stay here, but with a car you can reach many sightseeing points or the sea. Our room was very comfortable. The owner (Giuseppe) takes care for his guests: we got a rich breakfast with sweet and salty dishes, cold and hot, 3 different citrus marmalades, various drinks, etc. He also helped us with a lot of information for our programs. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can advise this house and the host to others.

Wonderful staying in Sicily, the owners were amazing, super friendly and caring. Due to delayed flight we came about 1 a.m. and they waited for us until this time! Also the breakfasts they prepared every morning! Splendid. And they gave us tips where to go, what to visit nearby. When you come to visit Sicily you must definitely stay here! The room was super clean, beds comfortable.

We chose the hotel on the road trip we took in southern Italy and Sicily by car so that it would be in a place where we could visit Etna, as well as Taormina with the huge beautiful beach of NAXOS, as well as Catania. In Fiumefreddo, it is in the right place to visit all of the above without having to struggle with traffic because Fiumefreddo is a village with minimal traffic, even in the full season when we went in August. The hotel was very convenient for us because it has parking inside the hotel's courtyard where the space is locked. The room was very clean and comfortable for the 3 people we were. The owner Mr. Salvatore and his family were very hospitable. The cleaning and breakfast service staff were all very helpful. This apartment is good value for the money. It's clean and there is everything you need. Great bathroom and shower. The host is so nice and helpful! We got great tips to park in Taormina and places to eat or swim in the area and we also got some complementary snacks. The street is quite peaceful but you can hear all the trafic sounds inside the bedrooms even when all the doors and windows are closed. A double bed could have been softer. Air condition is great and in a good place - it doesn't blow straight on you. You can park for free on the street. We got a parking place right outside the door every time. We recommend this apartment! It's best for 3 people, but also 4 is good.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, everything brand new.The host was very kind and provided us with plenty of information.We also appreciated the option for self check-in, which was very convenient. The apartment has a single bed + a king size in the main bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge.Parking is also available in front of the property.

We had a fantastic stay! The terrace was amazing, offering a great place to relax. The place was very well-kept and clean. The hosts were incredibly lovely and provided us with all the information we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable.     The yard and the environment are absolutely fantastic.

    The yard and the environment are absolutely fantastic. We also liked the apartment so much. The location is good, it's in the middle of the east coast and very suitable for detour. The beach, although it's not top class, was really good for us and our dog, because we could find a place just for ourselves. Of course, this all means that you came by car.

    Pleasantly near to Taormina (which is crowded) this stay...

    Pleasantly near to Taormina (which is crowded) this stay provides you abosolute relax, quiet and peace in the middle of wide green gardens. The room entry is from green backyard where you can see the tip of the Enta volcano. The opposite side of the room is a balcony, 1 floor above the ground, where you can observe the rising sun over the sea. The room is amazing! Very spacious, nice, clean and cozy. Kitchen corner or bathroom equipped fine. We loved it so much we had to extend our stay. The owner Pipo was very kind and nice. I absolutely recommend this stay.

    The appartment is nice, quite newly equipped and well designed, and has all the beds in separate rooms. Dining room with kitchen annex are big enough for both cooking and eating. Despite its location close to local centre it is quiet. The typical italian cafe is on the neighbouring square and a wine producer (must try is nero d'avola) is on the same street. The check-in and check-out are completely remote. The appartment has a nice terrace with a mountain view.

    As always this country hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean and comfortable rooms, good dinner with a reasonable price. Safe parking for our motorcycles and very spacious rooms. Certainly when I visit the area I will stay in La Terra dei Sogni again for don't remember how many times I've been here. Great breakfast in a new area. Thanks for hospitality.

    Being our 2nd time in this Hotel - it makes us comfortable to return here. Since last visit an innovation has been done and for this it has ticked even more boxes to return again. Joseph was exceptional helpful and Highly recommended to try and buy homemade Jams. 👌
