Unique location in beautiful valley surrounded by the vineyards and olive gardens. Beautiful pool at villa and indoor and outdoor pool with spa on site. Very dog friendly hotel and superb food in one star level bistro or pool restaurant or on walking distance the Osteria. The prices of the excellent wines in the restaurant are very affordable and food pairing winepairing is offered at the bistro. The Borgo Condé is a unique high end offer for both venues and personal pleasures thanks to the overall quality and service and professionalism offered. Very good breakfast and super pet friendly. On site wine tasting available in a nice setting with Italian French and English explanations. The nearby town of Forli is 15 minutes away and worth visiting. But we stayed mostly on site for walks in the vineyards and swimming in the pools.

1. Luxurious for the price. 2. Excellent restaurant, into which even our dog was welcome. 3. Lots of free parking. 4. Really good staff. 5. Good TV.... built into the mirror! 6. Quiet at night. I almost never give anything 10 out of 10. That implies perfection, and nothing is perfect. However, this hotel would get 98 or 99 out of 100.

The location is fantastic for us. We use to visit the area and it is easy access from the A14 Autostrada, great parking (free), but walking distance into the town centre. Breakfast is excellent with brilliant staff. Rooms are great, large and well appointed. We have used this hotel previously and will definitely use again. Thank you to all the staff who make this an enjoyable experience.

The house had everything I could possibly need. There was even a plug adapter inside the cupboards. An extra blanket was available in case I got cold. A few cakes and plenty of tea made me really happy. There were even cocktail glasses and wine glasses. Everything worked perfectly, and the atmosphere of the house was so lovely that I wish I could have stayed a bit longer. The wooden interior was so warm and cozy. I felt truly happy both inside and outside the house. Everyone in the building was very friendly. The host responded to every message and question quickly, leaving no doubts in my mind. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much!

The apartment is excellent. Comfortable, clean, functional and very well located. It really is better than the photos show. They also took care of leaving small details that made the arrival very pleasant (coffee, breakfast...). We stayed for a week that coincided with the weather alert in the area and the humane treatment received by the owners was unforgettable. We will be back and highly recommend.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows, room was cleaned every day, the bathroom equipped with both shower and spa bath, big balcony with garden view and sitting area, beautiful nicely decorated villa. The hostess is so kind and generous that we didn't want to leave :-) The location is great: quiet place but just few minutes drive to autostrada. Breakfast in the loggia was super great and varied with great homemade cakes and jams. We would definitely return if we need to stop over again in Forli.

    The Hotel is in walking distance from the center fof town. Breakfast had a minimalistic but Ok selection of salted and sweet products. The room was ok in size and properly cleaned. Towels where changed every day. Staff at the reception was pleasant.

    The location was convenient for the centre - a 20 minute walk from the station but there's a good bus service. Quiet hotel and the staff were polite. The bathroom was clean and everything worked
