Hello everyone, the stay at the Albergho Bartoli was sensational. This lovely place is like from a movie! There are not too many hotels left like this one. Original, picturesque, beautiful ! The room was extremely clean, new bathroom, all very functional. Mattress perfectly firm. Ladies at this hotel are warm, professional, helpful any way. The location of this Albergho Bartoli hotel is right in the center of Castiglioncello, which is a lovely town with own castle and romantic pine park with a merry-go-round. Access to the beach is few meters down, and approximately 30 stairs. Sea is clean and public beach smaller like in other small towns. With a bar nearby. I wished I could had stayed longer. This place was magical. Thank you! Adriana

Booked our stay at the last minute and was able to get a great rate for an amazing place. We were so excited to find this gem. It was clean, updated, spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Martini. If I ever come back I will be staying here!

The complimentary breakfast was a beautiful spread of cakes and tartes made by the owner, plus all the fixings for a delicious European breakfast. Cappuccinos made to order by the kind and attentive owner himself. It was a tranquil setting with quiet operatic music played in the breakfast room, marvellous art work around, and conversation of poetry and philosophy. Welcoming, attentive and generous hosts, it had the warmth of a home. A gem of a place to find amongst the often sterile hotel environments whilst travelling. Highly recommended.

Location is easy to reach, with a private parking space which is very convenient. Room and common spaces were clean and comfortable. There is a small restaurant run by the owners with local, fresh products and nice wine selection. The owners are fantastic, warm and kind people who will welcome you and recommend places to visit. It is a place I would like to come back one day! Mille grazie!
