The owner was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Everything was clean, and she served us an Italian breakfast in the morning. Please note, this is a room in the house where the family lives. This means no privacy. You are with the whole family in the same rooms like the kitchen and lounge. The peaceful quiet area and the air conditioning in the room were extremely pleasant.

Great appartment, all comforts, 2 bathrooms. Self check-in, so we didn't meet the host, Giada, but she contacted us before we arrived, giving all the information, so everything went smoothly. After we've checked out, we realised we had forgotten to take something from the appartment, we texted Giada again and she would make it possible for us to come back and collect our things. We were really impressed, thank you so much, Giada!

I liked the host who was very kind and give us all the information we needed, we could visit his dogs as well. A very nice kitchen and a cozy room. We liked very much that it is very close to the motocross track, 3 minutes maximum.

Huge territory and a historical building in a really quiet environment. Friendly staff. It was cold outside, but in a room it was really warm, I generally dislike to sleep in a too warm room, but somehow it was warm and fresh at the same time, I had a wonderful sleep. Room was decorated in a style, it worth looking at it. Breakfast was not the biggest, but good.

    We had a lovely stay in Garlasco.

    We had a lovely stay in Garlasco. It’s a peaceful and authentic Italian town, perfect for those looking to slow down and experience real local life in the middle of rice field areas. The streets are calm, the cafés serve great espresso, and everyone we met was welcoming and kind. It’s well located for day trips around Lombardy, and you really feel like you’re off the typical tourist trail. A perfect hidden gem if you enjoy local charm, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely return!

    We are walking the Via Francigena. The overnight stay in Hotel I Diamanti was great. Room and bathroom ver clean. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and good shower. To get to the town centre was about a 700m walk. Staff was friendly and gave us a good welcome when we arrived. We would highly reccommend this hotel

    Breakfast was excellent.The Manager was very helpful, courteous .He recommended an excellent restaurant close by. An absolute gentleman . I found the local people very friendly and eager to assist a pilgrim to find their hotel when Google Map didn't function.

    The owners are so lovely. They are helpful and always smiling. The hotel has everything you need for a night, including a restaurant on-site and breakfast in the morning, which suits Via Francigena walkers who don't want to walk any further 😉
