Beautiful location with a spectacular view of the town and lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was superb, everything was perfect. Restaurant service was fast with excellent food and the breakfast was equally as good.

The staff is friendly and really helpful. We especially appreciated the driving directions prior to our arrival as well as advice on points of interest during stay. The rooms are clean, breakfast is efficient and the area is beautiful. We will definitely come back!

Very nice restored hotel with a lot of charm, very friendly staff and good service, good breakfast and excellent restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere, great view from the terrace and certain rooms. Be aware that you're remote on a hill above Varese, but that's what makes this place special. Nice surrounding area with a lot of possibilities for hiking, etc.. Visiting Varese and traveling by train and bus/cable car is possible and quite easy, even with luggage (hotel helps with timetables).
