My family is from Gizzeria so I am probably biased.
My family is from Gizzeria so I am probably biased. The area fairly unspoiled by tourism but there are still lots of restaurants in the area. Some of them are real gems, especially if you like authentic Italian foods and plenty of sea food. There are a few tourist activities, like quad bikes, but not that many. If you want great beaches, this is the place to go! Not a lot of shopping in the area and the nearest mall is probably 10 - 15 miles away. Relying on public transport is probably not a good idea.
