I use this as a stop over when driving on the way to the south. It is my favourite hotel to do so, everything is perfect! Excellent breakfasts, great staff and rooms very good. I usually go for premium room but all rooms are very good. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect stop over hotel!

We only stayed one night and arrived late in the flat, but the flat is big enough for two people, the self check in instructions worked perfectly, it was clean, organised, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, Silvia always replied to all requests promptly and gave us great recommendations of places to eat or have breakfast. I was in Room 19 and it was fantastic. It has a little staircase up to a second level which has a small pull out sofa and tv. You can go outside from the top level and you look straight at the Duomo and little square below. The hotel and Lake Como are beautiful.

    Very good value for the price I paid.

    Very good value for the price I paid. Clean rooms, friendly staff and quite area. Free safe car parking and location is easy to find. Staff speaking multiple languages and have provided a useful information about the area and attractions around. I will certainly go back again.

    I choose IBIS because of the repeatable reliable hotel. All more or less the same. The value is ok despite some disatvantages I can handle. For excample that there is no drinking glas in the room, since years. Sorry to say that this is really poor.
