We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was great – clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location was also perfect and authentic with free parking "around the corner". Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful quiet location, with friendly and helpful owners, who spoke good English. We are keen walkers and they gave us several local walking suggestions. Restaurant highly recommended. I am gluten-free, and they provided home made gluten free cakes for breakfast - delicious!

The property is a charming old house recently renovated. All facilities are brand new. We were very happy with the air conditioning. The apartment contains everything you get in a 4* hotel excepting the swimming pool. Nico is the owner and he is a fantastic guy. He also owns a pizzeria where you can have your breakfast and dinner if you wish.

Superb! Stayed for 5 nights and from the moment I arrived everything was exceptional.Michela was a very welcoming host. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean,situated in a tranquil zone,not hearing any outside noise. The breakfast was fantastic. Lovely selection of cold meats,yoghurts,cakes and fruit. The chocolate cake was to die for ! Also a fridge freezer and microwave was made available for the guests use. The place is situated 5 minutes walk from the train station where there is a frequent service to Torino, Genova and nearby cities. For those with a car it's just a few minutes to Serravalle Outlet. A frequent bus service is also available to there. All in all an exceptional experience. Hotels, guest houses, B+B's in Italy normally are places 'just to sleep '. This place seemed 'like home'.

It was a late decision to stay the night in Serravalle & by chance we stumbled upon this place & chose it for it's proximity to the Outlet. Though we checked in late in the evening, the host, Francesco, was extremely gracious. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The place has quite a few drinking & eating options in the vicinity. The breakfast provided by the host was fresh, nice & more than adequate.
