Absolutely loved this place! A charming hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Le Marche. The staff were fantastic - their warm, welcoming approach and the way they brought everyone together at the breakfast table was truly special. A Beautiful Villa overlooking the Sibillini Apennine mountains. The host Oreste speaks very good English and went above and beyond to ensure during our 5 day stay that we had happy stomachs - his wife cooked evening meals for us using traditional Italian cooking and local ingredients…and we got to sample some of the delicious local wines.

An exceptional place to stay. Manfred and Francesca were friendly and helpful in every way and they have a little paradise here. Really beautiful scenery and views from the lovely gardens and patios and pool, very reasonably priced drinks and local wine, superb breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable, super bed and big walk - in shower. Good local restaurants on the beautiful lake a walk or short drive. Excellent in every way and most highly recommended.

    It is one of many smaller hilltop villages in the mountains...

    It is one of many smaller hilltop villages in the mountains of the Marches region of Italy. Lots of rural roads, amazingly beautiful views and local old-world charm. Slow paced, no malls but many local artisans. Good food and wine region, without the stress of any over-tourism.
