Lovely medieval town still intact after all these centuries past … we stayed at Porta Mazzini a lovely and simple and well setup BnB housed within one of the ancient gateway .. 2 mins away from Main Street and amenities! .. Jesi is full of history and interesting places .. a small town yet has its own opera house and concerts and lively artistic events 👍🏻 lots of restaurants and cafes and retail shops. Very clean public areas, well-maintained. Full of friendly people everywhere 👍🏻 and very safe 👍🏻. Jesi is also a great base to visit nearby towns on day trips like to Ancona and Macerata and Fabriana and so many other in the March region.Guest review byJoanieUnited States

Jesi is a bit off the tourist track but this was well worth it. And I dined in a great trattoria with a brilliant chef. All good value and free car parking. I wanted to see where the incredible Constance, Empress & Queen of Sicily gave birth in the public square at 40 in 1194, but no mention.
