I was with my family of four. The staff at the hotel recommended us wonderful restaurants for which we are grateful. Our rooms were spotless clean, beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

This is one of the best places I've stayed through booking.com. The owner went out of her way in every aspect to make our stay comfortable. Our room was sparkling clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Also, the property has a locked gate and parking available which we took advantage of. The property is close to the airport and there are some great local restaurants available. 5 out of 5 from us and highly recommend.

Very cozy house in quite and safe area with two shops just two minutes away. Max and his mum are amazing people who make you feel very welcome and help with all your needs. Access to the kitchen and just six minutes away from sea side(driving), local public transport is available. Would definitely come back to this place again.

I stayed there for a week with four friends, and we had a great stay in the apartment. Key handover was contactless and easy. I always try to write my reviews as honestly as possible, but there's nothing to complain about here. The Chinese sushi restaurant nearby is also highly recommended. :)

Lovely apartment. Bed was comfortable, great kitchen and bathroom. Convenient location. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone visiting Rome or Ostia. Car parking available in front of the flat. Great TV available in the room also. Big fridge/freezer which was very clean. Very clean apartment. Would recommend!

We loved everything. We had a car so we were able to move around. We found parking outside the guest house. The guest house has a beautiful garden. The room is very spacious, new, clean and so welcoming. Amazing shower and soft towels. Host was very nice. It was excellent value for money. There is a cute coffee bar just around the corner.

    We came from Rome because of the heat.

    We came from Rome because of the heat. Was more expensive than we were told to get taxi to airport. Shuttle was €60 each, I had presumed it free. Breakfast was €10 each and no one was eating at 7:45am. Had to get help for ac, but phone did not work to call the front desk. It was clean and quiet.
