The view was breathtaking, the penthouse that we stayed in was enormous, it had a big terrace with front lake view , we had breakfast in our apartment, that had a dining room, every morning someone brought and arranged everything in the room. It exceeded our expectations!! I highly recommend this hotel. It is 10/10!

Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.

The Hotel is very nice. Even though it is a small, the rooms are very good, the bathrooms are very good as well. The hotel view is exceptional and the best part is the starff. All the employees are very helpful and the food from the hotel restaurant is amazing, i would definitely go back.

This hotel is one of the best luxury hotel I have stayed at. The room and facilities were amazing. The staff were super helpful. The food at the restaurant is so good! I loved the town... this was the highlight of our three week trip around Italy. Cannot recommend this place more!!
