The hotel location is good and just opposite of the train station and ferry port.The service is good and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. The room and and the bed are comfort.There is big supermarket Coop is 2 minutes away from hotel, surrounding there are many restaurants and shops.

A wonderful place where you can choose what you want. You can relax by sailing on the lake, walking around the islands or hiking in the mountains. You can ride a bike or read a book on the terrace with a charming view of the lake. Lovely apartment with modern decor and great facilities, garage parking very close to the apartment. Staff were extremely helpful. Great having the hotel facilities available to us including a swimming pool, gym and restaurant. The restaurant was exceptionally good. The location was great as you could walk along the lakeside into the town in about 5 minutes.

Laveno was a very good choice for visiting Lake Maggiore: it’s peaceful and very convenient to discover the islands by boat. The decoration and the facilities of the hotel were very fine. Especially the food was delicious.

I don't normally leave reviews but we've just got back from a long weekend on Lake Maggiore, and I can honestly say the Relais Casali della Cisterna was fantastic. Its a beautiful hotel, with brilliant owners that made our stay really fabulous! I would highly recommend 👌

    Exceptionally clean, comfortable and situated in a very convenient location, close to all transport methods and yet quiet. The hotel is quite modern and everything worked well. We also had a balcony with a view of the lake.
